As stated previously, communication is one of the corner stones of our company. This communication is not simply confined to the field operational staff, but like the ripple reaches every corner and every height of our company structure.
SafeCity Security Services has a policy of allocating two senior company managers to each client.
This is done because of the different strengths and approaches that are applied by each manager
This is another area where synergy is one of SafeCity Security’s great strengths and assets.
Either one of the two allocated managers may be contacted by the client on a 24-hour basis, should there be any requirement to do so.
A senior management weekly visit or meeting is another indicator and aspect of the level of communication that SafeCity Security Services is committed to.
